{"id":19266,"date":"2020-06-27T12:55:34","date_gmt":"2020-06-27T17:55:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=19266"},"modified":"2020-06-27T12:55:42","modified_gmt":"2020-06-27T17:55:42","slug":"ivai-iniciara-verificaciones-por-obligaciones-de-transparencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=19266","title":{"rendered":"IVAI iniciar\u00e1 verificaciones por Obligaciones de Transparencia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xalapa, Ver. &#8211; 26 de julio 2020.- El Instituto Veracruzano de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (IVAI) tiene ya calendario de verificaciones 2020 y lineamientos para evaluar a los entes p\u00fablicos en el cumplimiento de las Obligaciones de Transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Integrantes del \u00d3rgano de Gobierno del IVAI aprobaron por unanimidad que se realicen verificaciones oficiosas entre los meses de julio a noviembre, las cuales ser\u00e1n mu\u00e9strales y aleatorias, adem\u00e1s de que se realizar\u00e1n de forma virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los lineamientos ser\u00e1n el instrumento que servir\u00e1 para calificar a los sujetos obligados y que cumplan con cada una de sus obligaciones como salarios, vi\u00e1ticos, directorio, contratos y convenios, en el Sistema de Portales de Obligaciones de Transparencia y en sus p\u00e1ginas institucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs necesario revisar los instrumentos con que cuenta el Instituto para cumplir con sus obligaciones, m\u00e1xime que no se cuenta con Lineamientos espec\u00edficos para realizar las verificaciones de las Obligaciones de Transparencia\u201d, se\u00f1ala el acuerdo ODG\/SE-41\/22\/06\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el calendario de verificaciones deb\u00eda presentarse y aprobarse por el Pleno en el mes de diciembre de 2019 por los anteriores comisionados, con el objeto de revisar y constatar el debido cumplimiento a las obligaciones de transparencia, no se dio entrada a esta atribuci\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo 106, fracci\u00f3n XI de la Ley 875.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La verificaci\u00f3n que realice el Instituto es para constatar que la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica est\u00e9 completa, publicada y actualizada en tiempo y forma; y el incumplimiento de las observaciones ser\u00e1 motivo para aplicar medidas de apremio, sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que haya lugar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se aprobaron los lineamientos para evaluar a los sujetos obligados<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-19266","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-estatal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
