{"id":18622,"date":"2020-06-18T17:00:47","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T22:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=18622"},"modified":"2020-06-18T18:04:44","modified_gmt":"2020-06-18T23:04:44","slug":"pan-respalda-fallo-de-scjn-sobre-caso-actopan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=18622","title":{"rendered":"PAN respalda fallo de SCJN sobre caso Actopan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ada Reyes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Una vez emitido el fallo de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) sobre reinstalar al alcalde y s\u00edndica de Actopan, la dirigencia del PAN en Veracruz respaldo la determinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edder estatal, Joaqu\u00edn Guzm\u00e1n Avil\u00e9s, inform\u00f3 que se debe de dejar en libertad a la s\u00edndica Yazmin Palmeros, pues desde el pasad 8 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o fue detenida y se encuentra actualmente recluida en el penal de Pacho Viejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, dijo que no se descarta juicio pol\u00edtico en contra de las y los diputados que votaron a favor de la revocaci\u00f3n del mandato de los ediles panistas en Actopan, incluso, dijo, se debe de tratar el tema de Eduardo Carranza, presidente municipal interino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guzm\u00e1n Avil\u00e9s expuso que dar\u00e1n batalla con la finalidad de que la s\u00edndica quede en libertad, adem\u00e1s de que estar\u00e1n vigilantes de las amenazas contra el alcalde suplente Jos\u00e9 Alfredo L\u00f3pez Carreto, a quien se le oblig\u00f3 a renunciar, para nombrar a Eduardo Carranza como Presidente Municipal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que fue el pasado 18 de marzo la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) orden\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n temporal de la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato del alcalde de Actopan Jos\u00e9 Paulino Dom\u00ednguez y de la s\u00edndica Yazm\u00edn Palmeros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Piden que la S\u00edndica sea liberada <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4,8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18622","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-estatal","category-local"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
