que permitir\u00e1 que estudiantes de\u00a0preparatoria, es decir menores de edad, podr\u00e1n abrir\u00a0cuentas bancarias\u00a0para recibir las becas de apoyo Benito Ju\u00e1rez que da la 4T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0mandatario\u00a0indic\u00f3 que antes se entregaba el apoyo en efectivo, lo que representaba un riesgo ya que hab\u00eda intermediarios y los apoyos pod\u00edan llegar incompletos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSignifica riesgos de\u00a0corrupci\u00f3n\u00a0o que se les quiten un porcentaje, el\u00a0moche<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>o piquete de ojo\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se record\u00f3 que son cerca de 4 millones de estudiantes preparatoria los que reciben la\u00a0beca Benito Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arturo Herrera, secretario de\u00a0Hacienda, detall\u00f3 que la iniciativa se mand\u00f3 al\u00a0Congreso<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>y aunque fue modificada a la original cuenta con candados de seguridad para los j\u00f3venes, sobre todo los que son menores de
