{"id":17899,"date":"2020-06-04T17:07:21","date_gmt":"2020-06-04T22:07:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=17899"},"modified":"2020-06-04T17:07:27","modified_gmt":"2020-06-04T22:07:27","slug":"naldy-rodriguez-nueva-comisionada-presidenta-del-ivai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=17899","title":{"rendered":"Naldy Rodr\u00edguez nueva comisionada presidenta del IVAI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xalapa, Ver., 4 de junio 2020.- La comisionada Naldy Patricia Rodr\u00edguez Lagunes fue designada como presidenta del Instituto Veracruzano de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (IVAI) con el voto de los comisionados Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Corona Liz\u00e1rraga y Mar\u00eda Magda Zayas Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la d\u00e9cimo primera sesi\u00f3n del \u00d3rgano de Gobierno, se tom\u00f3 la protesta de ley a la nueva presidenta, quien estar\u00e1 en el cargo por un per\u00edodo de tres a\u00f1os, como establece el art\u00edculo 86 de la Ley 875 de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica para el Estado de Veracruz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al hacer uso de la palabra, el comisionado Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Corona Liz\u00e1rraga, destac\u00f3 la labor que durante dos meses realiz\u00f3 la comisionada Naldy Rodr\u00edguez Lagunes, mientras los diputados del Congreso del Estado, eleg\u00edan a los dos nuevos integrantes del Pleno del Consejo General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe observ\u00f3 a la comisionada Naldy Rodr\u00edguez asumir el control y la toma de decisiones necesarias para la operatividad de este organismo aut\u00f3nomo, acciones significativas que sin duda mantuvieron la estabilidad de la instituci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 en la sesi\u00f3n del \u00d3rgano de Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva comisionada presidenta agradeci\u00f3 la confianza otorgada por la comisionada Magda Zayas y el comisionado Alfredo Corona y en ese acto present\u00f3 el documento: \u201cRuta de Acci\u00f3n del Plan General Institucional 2020-2021\u201d, en el cual se plantean los ejes rectores para el buen funcionamiento del Instituto y que permitir\u00e1 fortalecer al organismo aut\u00f3nomo y con ello garantizar a los ciudadanos el derecho consagrado del derecho a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y la transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos del acuerdo ODG\/SE-31\/04\/06\/2020, la designaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 del conocimiento del Poder Ejecutivo, Legislativo, Judicial y a los organismos aut\u00f3nomos y al Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presenta a comisionados la Ruta de Acci\u00f3n del Plan General Institucional 2020-2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-17899","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-estatal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
