{"id":17279,"date":"2020-05-25T12:42:03","date_gmt":"2020-05-25T17:42:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=17279"},"modified":"2020-05-25T12:42:12","modified_gmt":"2020-05-25T17:42:12","slug":"por-violar-sellos-de-clausura-denuncian-ante-fge-a-duenos-del-gimnasio-sl-gym-sport-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=17279","title":{"rendered":"Por violar sellos de clausura denuncian ante FGE a due\u00f1os del gimnasio SL Gym Sport Life"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Ayuntamiento de Xalapa interpuso una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Veracruz (FGE) en contra de quien resulte responsable por quebrantar los sellos de clausura del gimnasio SL Gym Sport Life, ubicado en la avenida Adolfo Ruiz Cortines, ya que de manera clandestina ofrec\u00eda sus servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directora de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos, Andrea Doria Ortiz Aguirre, dio a conocer que este negocio fue clausurado en d\u00edas pasados por personal del Departamento de Inspecci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n Comercial (DIAC) de la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Comercio; sin embargo, los sellos fueron rotos para seguir operando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00f3 que ante la presencia del Coronavirus (Covid-19), el Ayuntamiento de Xalapa public\u00f3 en la Gaceta Municipal diversos acuerdos que decretaban la suspensi\u00f3n y cierre de todos los establecimientos no esenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn este caso, de acuerdo con denuncias an\u00f3nimas de los vecinos, se segu\u00eda poniendo en riesgo la salud de las personas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de esta situaci\u00f3n, el viernes 22 de mayo se present\u00f3 la denuncia formal por la probable comisi\u00f3n de un delito. El art\u00edculo 330 del C\u00f3digo Penal de Veracruz establece que se impondr\u00e1n de seis meses a dos a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multa de hasta 40 d\u00edas de salario a quien quebrante los sellos que se fijen por autoridad competente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn la Fiscal\u00eda ya se inici\u00f3 un proceso penal contra quien resulte responsable por violar los sellos. Hacemos el llamado a las personas para que no incumplan la ley y eviten tener problemas legales, incluso de \u00edndole penal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria destac\u00f3 que el negocio continuar\u00e1 clausurado el tiempo que dure el procedimiento legal y administrativo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGE, agreg\u00f3, se encargar\u00e1 de investigar probable delito y la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Comercio deber\u00e1 aplicar las sanciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Propietarios de gimnasio incumplieron disposiciones de cierre emitidos por la emergencia<br \/>\nsanitaria<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-17279","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
