{"id":14548,"date":"2020-04-06T10:43:07","date_gmt":"2020-04-06T15:43:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=14548"},"modified":"2020-04-06T10:43:18","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T15:43:18","slug":"obtiene-uecs-vinculacion-a-proceso-de-probable-secuestrador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=14548","title":{"rendered":"Obtiene UECS vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de probable secuestrador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACAYUCAN, Ver; 6 de Abril de 2020.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro, logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Abraham \u201cN\u201d, quien fuera detenido el pasado d\u00eda 2 del presente mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los fiscales de la UECS lograron aportar datos de prueba suficiente para sustentar la imputaci\u00f3n y la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso concedida por un Juez de Control, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de secuestro espec\u00edfico en agravio de una v\u00edctima de identidad resguardada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos por los que se le investiga tuvieron lugar en la referida fecha, cuando fue intervenido en flagrancia por los agentes especializados al momento que pretend\u00eda cobrar el pago por la liberaci\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma, la UECS contin\u00faa con el combate directo a quienes cometen o intentar efectuar el delito de secuestro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los hechos que se le imputan ocurrieron el pasado 2 de abril<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14548","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-gobierno"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
