{"id":11182,"date":"2020-02-13T09:20:48","date_gmt":"2020-02-13T15:20:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=11182"},"modified":"2020-02-13T09:20:48","modified_gmt":"2020-02-13T15:20:48","slug":"debemos-autoanalizar-si-hay-sancion-por-relleno-sanitario-pedro-alvarado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=11182","title":{"rendered":"Debemos autoanalizar si hay sanci\u00f3n por relleno sanitario: Pedro Alvarado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ada Reyes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- El regidor, Pedro Antonio Alvarado Hern\u00e1ndez, afirm\u00f3 que es necesario que las autoridades municipales hagan una autoevaluaci\u00f3n y determine si recaen en alguna responsabilidad por violar su propio reglamento de Desarrollo Urbano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConsidero que debemos de ser responsables como Ayuntamiento y enfrentar las consecuencias de haber hecho o de empezar los trabajos en estos terrenos sin tener el cambio de uso de suelo\u201d, expuso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El regidor octavo en Xalapa mencion\u00f3 que ya se ten\u00eda muy avanzado el tema de la construcci\u00f3n de las celdas, pues de acuerdo al reporte de la direcci\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas est\u00e1s llevan un avance superior al 50 por ciento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, es de recordar que apenas este mi\u00e9rcoles 12 de febrero del presente a\u00f1o, la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Urbano decidi\u00f3 presentar los permisos para el cambio de uso de suelo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, Pedro Antonio Alvarado insisti\u00f3 en el autoan\u00e1lisis y de ser pertinente aplicarse una sanci\u00f3n correspondiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, pidi\u00f3 al alcalde Hip\u00f3lito Rodr\u00edguez Herrero para que se le haga el llamado a los directores operativos para que no se vuelva a recaer en \u201clas prisas\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y  es que hay ocasiones, en donde los planes de trabajo llegan a destiempo y se requiere que el Cabildo capitalino apruebe las peticiones de manera r\u00e1pida y sin an\u00e1lisis pues se requiere de la urgencia de sacarlo adelante a fin de invertir los recursos y no perderlos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esto ante las irregularidades con las que se construy\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11182","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
