El presidente de la Mesa Directiva de la LXV Legislatura del Estado de Veracruz, diputado Rub\u00e9n R\u00edos Uribe, recibi\u00f3 en las instalaciones de este Poder al vocero de la Arquidi\u00f3cesis de Xalapa, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Suazo Reyes, con quien entabl\u00f3 un di\u00e1logo respetuoso sobre el an\u00e1lisis de las reformas al C\u00f3digo Civil de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En primera instancia, el legislador R\u00edos Uribe se pronunci\u00f3 por generar, entre las partes interesadas en la reforma, un di\u00e1logo respetuoso y tolerante, que adem\u00e1s privilegie la argumentaci\u00f3n legal en la construcci\u00f3n de un marco jur\u00eddico acorde a las necesidades reales de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la participaci\u00f3n de los coordinadores de los Grupos Legislativos del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN) y Del Lado Correcto de la Historia, diputados Omar Miranda Romero y Gonzalo Gu\u00edzar Valladares, respectivamente, el diputado Rub\u00e9n R\u00edos destac\u00f3 que las citadas reformas deber\u00e1n hacerse en un marco de inclusi\u00f3n, escuchando a las partes interesadas, pero sobre todo \u2013indic\u00f3- atendiendo los derechos humanos, establecidos en la Constituci\u00f3n General y los Tratados Internacionales de los que el Estado mexicano es parte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEs necesario atender lo que establece la Constituci\u00f3n y los Tratados a fin de generar los mecanismos que eviten la no discriminaci\u00f3n, por orientaci\u00f3n sexual, de las y los ciudadanos\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precis\u00f3 que las puertas del Congreso de Veracruz siempre est\u00e1n abiertas al di\u00e1logo, pero \u00e9ste siempre deber\u00e1 ser apegado a legalidad y respetando las ideolog\u00edas de cada grupo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
