{"id":10205,"date":"2020-01-23T14:59:05","date_gmt":"2020-01-23T20:59:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=10205"},"modified":"2020-01-23T14:59:05","modified_gmt":"2020-01-23T20:59:05","slug":"ilegal-intervencion-de-la-tesoreria-en-actopan-rodrigo-garcia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=10205","title":{"rendered":"Ilegal intervenci\u00f3n de la Tesorer\u00eda en Actopan: Rodrigo Garc\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Grupo Legislativo del PAN en Veracruz vot\u00f3 en contra del dictamen para intervenir la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal de Actopan, toda vez que no establece las  atribuciones del interventor y la temporalidad de su encargo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la discusi\u00f3n del dictamen de las Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia, el diputado local Rodrigo Garc\u00eda present\u00f3 una moci\u00f3n suspensiva para regresar el dictamen a la Comisi\u00f3n, toda vez que  la solicitud solo est\u00e1 fundada en dichos por escrito y se aportan  pruebas documentales que obran en este Congreso y que se desprenden del procedimiento de suspensi\u00f3n y revocaci\u00f3n de mandato contra el alcalde Paulino Dom\u00ednguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado local dijo que a\u00fan cuando el GLPAN tiene claro que el Presidente Municipal fue omiso en atender la revisi\u00f3n en modalidad de gabinete acordada por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia, sin embargo esta irregularidad debi\u00f3 desahogarse al interior de dicha Comisi\u00f3n, hasta que sus integrantes determinaran el acuerdo y en su caso la sanci\u00f3n que dicha omisi\u00f3n ameritara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ese motivo, se solicit\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de una moci\u00f3n suspensiva que el dictamen fuera devuelto a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia pues se considera que estos elementos son insuficientes para poder determinar en este momento la intervenci\u00f3n de la tesorer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Por ultimo dijo que el Grupo Legislativo del PAN en todo momento estar\u00e1 en contra de cualquier acto de corrupci\u00f3n acreditado y a favor de la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas apegados en todo momento a la legalidad y al estado de derecho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fue omiso a la informaci\u00f3n que le solicit\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10205","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-estatal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
