{"id":10193,"date":"2020-01-23T14:28:53","date_gmt":"2020-01-23T20:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=10193"},"modified":"2020-01-23T14:28:53","modified_gmt":"2020-01-23T20:28:53","slug":"sin-causal-para-separar-a-veronica-hernandez-de-la-fge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=10193","title":{"rendered":"Sin causal para separar a Ver\u00f3nica Hern\u00e1ndez de la FGE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ada Reyes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado Jos\u00e9 Manuel Pozos Castro,  descart\u00f3 que hay una causal para remover del cargo de encargada de despacho a Ver\u00f3nica Hern\u00e1ndez Giad\u00e1ns de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconoci\u00f3 su valor por aceptar que \u201cLa Jefa\u201d integrante del crimen organizado es su prima. \u201cPorque alguien diga la verdad se le puede separar de su cargo, claro que no (\u2026) es una familia que ella tambi\u00e9n coment\u00f3 que no tiene ninguna relaci\u00f3n con ella\u201d, apunt\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que diversos actores pol\u00edticos ya han solicitado la separaci\u00f3n de Ver\u00f3nica Hern\u00e1ndez de la FGE pues se podr\u00eda dar un conflicto de intereses y no habr\u00eda igualdad de aplicaci\u00f3n de la justicia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia, insisti\u00f3 en todo momento que se le tiene que reconocer por su labor comprometida y resultados que ha dado en la responsabilidad que se le ha dado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se le reconoce el valor de aceptar que \u201cLa Jefa\u201d es su prima<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10193","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-estatal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
